Main Duties

• Maintain and enhance departmental service quality and operational efficiency.

• Provide support for Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting, analytics, and system administration functions.

• Maintain accurate and timely procurement database so as to facilitate the procurement process, including but not limited to vendor database, vendor evaluation, blanket purchase orders etc.

• Perform cross-functional responsibilities, including system administration and purchasing operations activities.

• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new system and enhancements.

• Support tender projects, with a focus on automation and electrical equipment procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications or training in procurement and supply chain management will be an advantage.

• Minimum 2 year of relevant procurement experience in a sizeable corporate environment, with exposure to sourcing and purchasing a wide range of products and services.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, ERP systems, Power BI, or procurement reporting tools is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.

• Passionate about developing a career in procurement and supply chain management.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
