Main Duties

 

The job holder will provide all-round support to the Customer Service Manager including:

 

Objective:

  • Providing one stop shop services to assigned accounts
  • Managing customer expectations/behaviours and leading customer service in delivering & monitoring service that reach the KPIs set up between different HIT departments and shipping lines and in accordance to the account plan
  • Collecting market intelligence and conducting business analysis for business promotion and development
  • Supporting marketing and promotion activities and events.


Requirements:

  • 8 years of Customer Support, Account Management, Marketing and Project Management experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain management or sizable organization
  • Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing or industrial engineering
  • Fluentin both English (writing and speaking) & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Strongin analytical skill and data analysis and be able to interpret influences drawn on the data
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow him/her to work with cross-functional teams andpersonnel at varying levels and customer organizations.
  • A self-motivated, outgoing, presentable and energetic team player showing initiatives
  • Able to perform independently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
